How To Update Your Credit Card Information

Need some help updating your credit card information? Below are two screenshot tutorials on how to add new credit card information and assign it to a subscription in your NatureBox account. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at support AT (or 888-613-6998)

Add New Credit Card Information:

1. Log in to your NatureBox account to access your dashboard. Click on "account info" on the left side.

2. To add a new payment: If you would like to add and save a new credit card, scroll down to the “payment information” section, and click the “add a new payment method” link.

3. Select your desired payment of choice by clicking the "edit" link under Payment.

4. To select your new card: a small "update credit card" window will pop up. Select the credit card you would like to use for that subscription, then click the green "submit" button.

5. Do not forget to click the green "submit" button after making any changes.
