It’s not just for decorating fruit tarts!

We’re continuing our week-long series on nutrient-dense produce. While you won’t find these products in your March NatureBox, we encourage you to add these delicious fruits and veggies to your weekly shopping list.
Kiwi- These fuzzy little buggers are not only delicious, they’re packed with nutrition. High in potassium, calcium and vitamin E, kiwi is a great source of antioxidants and fiber. Recent research also suggests that eating kiwi regularly may have blood thinning effects, leading to decreased risk of stroke.
Kiwi is delicious scooped right out of the skin (you can even use a spoon- just cut the kiwi in half and scoop it out!), sliced in fruit tarts, or blended into smoothies.
