I don’t know a kid who doesn’t enjoy breakfast for lunch!
Today, I’m sharing a super simple idea to make sure the lunch box comes home empty: breakfast for lunch! My kids swoon over this one.
While it’s hard to pack up a short stack of flap jacks and a side of sausage for the cafeteria, an easy fix is to pack up smaller portions of foods that have that yummy breakfast-y feel to them. This lunch has blueberries, NatureBox’s Mini Medjools, NatureBox’s Mini Belgian Waffles, a mandarin orange, Greek Yogurt with NatureBox’s PB&J Granola for mixing in. This lunch is such a great mix of healthy choices and yummy tastes...and it gives my kids plenty of fuel to attack the afternoon with a whole lot of awesomeness!
And, you guys...I’m dying over the adorableness of the Mini Belgian Waffles. These would also be fun to send with a little cup of syrup or flavored yogurt for dipping.
