Brown Sugar-Cinnamon Roasted Pears

This is the easiest fall dessert that you will make- it’s hard to even call this a recipe. It is delicious on its own, and is stupendous with ice cream. Honestly, it doesn’t get better than this!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pears
  • 1 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.

Cut pears in half and remove seeds and stem with a melon baller and small knife. Place pears on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and enjoy alone or with vanilla yogurt or ice cream. Bon appetite!
